Humany was founded in 1999. With its unique development of language technology, Humany has established a strong position in the Nordic market for natural language software solutions. Its SiteAssistant and SiteSearch tools have been implemented by companies and organizations such as E-bookers, SEB, Arla, TV4, Fritidsresor, Viasat, AMS (the Swedish Employment Service) and PTS (the Swedish Post and Telecom Agency).

The key to Humany´s success has been the proven ability of its products to increase customer satisfaction and to decreas costs. Moreover, improvements in efficiency and usability are uniquely enhanced by combining the two software tools: SiteAssistant and the recently developed SearchAssistant. Both of these tools are fully developed in-house.
